Azerbaijan Collection ss 2017

Azerbaijan collection has inspired by fusion and loud style. Loud style can be described as extravagant and playful colored. However, fusion resembles ethnic, cultural and poetic style. Azerbaijani culture can be best described as fusion due to its richness. My collection named after a flower which grows up in occupied territories of Azerbaijan, Khari Bulbul. Due to territorial dispute, this flower has been moved to Balakan region.

In fact, there are several other cultural elements that can be mentioned in addition to this flower. National carpets, symbols like Buta and ancient dance Yalli which has been seen on Qobustani stone.

In addition to the national elements, Azerbaijan is well known for its poets like Nizami Ganjavi. Following is the painting of one of his works called Khosrov and Shirin.
